> Our story began in 1987 when the brothers “Bandak” having their own cattle & being experienced meat merchants, started making a few handmade beef sausages in a small village outside the picturesque Xanthi of Greece. Embracing the traditions of Thrace while mixing the legacies of East. Soon the local meat delicacies became sought after and for good reason too! Our obsession with quality beef and all the ingredients involved in our cured meat products, shows from the very first bite.
Today our factory is one of the newest certified industrial units in Thrace - Greece and one of the largest in the region. We are of course HACCP and ISO 22000 certified, but more than that we care about the process of food. Our desire has always been the same, to give our best in everything we produce.
This is the only way our motto comes true: “Quality you can taste”.
